But without being able to see what’s possible, some essential tools, and the right kind of support, it’s easy to stumble. We support you through the coaching relationship, which is respectful, outcomes – focused and powerful.
Using solutions focused frameworks and practical coaching tools, we structure coaching conversations by asking you purposeful questions, clarifying what is most important, exploring what’s happening, and assisting you to find effective ways to achieve your goals. The coaching session is complete in itself, but can also move you towards a longer term goal.
Our focus is to assist you to improve your performance, and to increase your vitality and wellbeing at the same time.

We know from experience that trust is paramount in coaching. That’s why we are diligent aboutnconfidentiality, being non-judgmental, remaining open and behaving respectfully in all situations.
It’s also why we set and adhere to high standards based on those defined by professional bodies such as the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership Australia and the International Coach Federation.
Coaching can be face-to-face, by video-conference, by phone or by email. Typically, sessions are scheduled from between 50 – 90 minutes.
