I accessed Jane’s coaching services for two years and found her approach very refreshing. She demonstrated empathy and understanding for the middle management role very well, & understood the challenges and dilemmas across the broad spectrum of issues that managers within the health and welfare sector deal with, from complex clinical issues, managing up and managing down, making difficult and ethical decisions.

Jane has a great skill of being able to draw out my thinking and reasoning using a reflective practice and coaching approach to discussions.  She is also very practical and encouraging  – which is a great in a busy work schedule
