I have been a social worker for over 25 years and have been receiving external supervision from Jane since 2020. It was clear from the onset Jane is very knowledgeable, ethical, non-judgemental and a genuine supervisor. She is always organised and prompt with paperwork and always willing to go that extra step in providing guidance, support and feedback.
Jane has a very warm and approachable demeanour. She asks thought provoking reflective questions that allow me to grow and refine my skills as a practitioner. She is not afraid to ask the tough questions and has a very genuine, warm and considered nature and communication style when doing so.
I would recommend Jane as a supervisor for someone at any level of experience.
