Trust is crucial to the success of the coaching relationship
We know from experience that trust is paramount in coaching. That’s why we are diligent about confidentiality, being non-judgmental, remaining open and behaving respectfully in all situations. It’s also why we set and adhere to high standards based on those defined by professional bodies such as the Institute
of Executive Coaching and Leadership Australia and the International Coach Federation.
Coaching involves a process of learning. However, not all adults learn and approach things in the same way.
This means that the amount of time we
spend together and what we focus on varies according to your unique needs.
Coaching can be face-to-face, by video-conference, by phone or by email. Typically, sessions are scheduled from between 50 - 90 minutes.
