Refunds Policy

Wex Group Pty Ltd accepts firm registrations for events by post, email, phone and through the janewexler.com website. In making registrations, clients accept the terms and conditions outlined in our Refunds Policy

Face-to-face and live, facilitated online events

Payment is required in full by the date shown on the registration form. Registrations claiming the early booking will be charged in full if payment is not received by the dates shown on the registration form. If we have not received payment by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the registration from the event.
If a registration is cancelled up to 28 days prior to an event, a refund will be given, less 20% administration fee. Refunds are unavailable for cancellations less than 28 days prior to the event.

For non-attendance at an event there will be no refunds and the full fee will be payable.
However, should you wish to do so, once payment has been received for the original booking, we will transfer your place to another date if the event is running within 12 months of the original date.

Name substitutions can also be made at any time before the event.
We reserve the right to cancel a course if insufficient bookings have been received. Delegates will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of the course fee.

Self paced online training & events

Request to cancel / withdraw self-paced distance or online learners

NOTE: for Self-paced learners commencement is established once Wex Group Pty Ltd management system user and log in are issued and activated.

Request to cancel course pre-commencement: We offer a 7-day cooling off period. The course fee will be reimbursed in full, minus a 20% administration fee. Cooling off period is voided if learner resources are accessed via the training management system, prior to the 7-day cooling off period lapsing.

No refunds will be given for cancellations or discontinuations after the 7-day cooling off period.

Individual cases of extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by- case basis. 


Prices are displayed in the currency in which the transaction will be processed (All transactions are done in Australian Dollars and / or are subject to conversion to Australian Dollars Currency).
